Roger Palmer was called to serve the local church in 1982. His call has been to help equip the saints in biblical ministry. Roger served as a Minister of Students for 22 years, then served as the National Director of Reach-Out Youth Solutions for 8 1/2 years, then served as the Ministry Consultant at Crossings Ministries for 7 years and now serves as the Executive Pastor of Student Ministry at Highview Baptist. Roger’s ministry experience, his contagious personality, and his passion for Jesus make him a powerful leader and encourager of ministry teams. Roger and Wendy married October 20, 1984. God lovingly gave them two sons, Austin in 1988, and Aaron in 1992. God also blessed Roger and Wendy with a beautiful daughter-in-law, Jen, who married Austin in March 9, 2019.
